More about the program

This program is designed to gradually increase your performance over time. For that to be fun we have built it as a game with 8 levels to accomplish. We will also provide you with the right tools to manage the elements surrounding the workouts. As you will learn, your mindset, daily habits and knowledge on nutrition are equally important as the actual “physical training”. You don’t need a specific food program, what you need is a specific knowledge about nutrition and how to adapt that to your life, how it affects behavior, performance, and energy levels. We will provide that guideline so that you can adapt it to your preference.  You will be monitoring your program on your personal program calendar with instructional videos. We have included the mindset strategies that will help throughout the program. The foundations are based on physical performance, but it comes with a slight twist. Once you get used to train efficient and manage your habits, it will hurl ripple effects on other aspects of life.
